Led the build of the 2026 election coverage

In 2024 I watched a six-figure outsourced system fail on election night. In 2026 I led the in-house build: an event-driven pipeline, a staging table with a schema guard and a dimensional model designed from three election cycles.

Migrating the business's core APIs

I rewrote in Go the framework behind the database integration layer, created a monorepo with CI that generates the same structure for every microservice, added transactional outbox and conditional writes, and built the plan to restore data consistency.

AI in the team's daily work

I brought AI into production work, with RAG pipelines, LLM integration and semantic search, and use the Claude Code harness to streamline how development teams work.
